Hakkasan Restaurant

Hakkasan restaurant at MGM Grand serves classic Asian food by Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon and his team of highly skilled wok and dim sum chefs.

Dishes include stir-fried black pepper ribeye beef with merlot, and silver cod with Champagne and Chinese honey. An expansive wine and cocktail program complements the menu.

The restaurant also offers a "Taste of Hakkasan" prix-fixe menu. The three-course meal, available from 5 - 7 p.m., includes a steamed dim sum platter, stir-fry mushroom lettuce wraps, crispy silver cod, spicy prawn and other selections.

The restaurant is part of a massive five-level, 80,000-square-foot nightlife and dining experience, which also includes a nightclub, lounge and outdoor area.

The entrance to Hakkasan features shades of the brand's signature blue. Located on the first level is the main dining area, separated by latticed woodwork known as the "cage," allowing for intimate dining spaces within the main room while still sharing the atmosphere of the entire dining area.

There are two private dining rooms located on the 2nd floor of Hakkasan Las Vegas. One room seats 12 guests, while the other room seats 18 guests. Combined the space comfortably accommodates 32 people.

The entire restaurant can entertain 230 people for a seated dinner or 350 for a standing reception.

We recommend that you reserve your table prior to the event to ensure availability. Hakkasan restaurant tables typically sell out, so we recommend that you book them as far in advance as possible.
