Hakkasan restaurants around the world are celebrating Chinese New Year with a limited edition menu showcasing celebratory dishes and desserts accompanied by an exclusive cocktail inspired by the Year of the Rooster. The cocktail Waltzing Collins includes Chinese spirit baiju and Japanese sake as well as auspicious fruits like mandarin and comes with a bespoke golden rooster decoration.
When you enter the Hakkasan restaurant in Las Vegas you already feel the atmosphere of the place, the music, the bar and the differentiated form of table set-up make the place unique and very comfortable for customers who want to enjoy an explosion of flavors.
To pay homage to Chinese New Year traditions, Hakkasan is asking all guests to share their wishes for 2017 on a specially designed red and gold wishing ribbon before hanging them in the restaurant, a custom inspired by the Lam Tseun wishing trees in Hong Kong.
Hakkasan's Chinese New Year celebrations will run from 13th January until 11th February.
